Sign Petition to Support Changing Utah's Tax Code to Allow for a Tax Credit for Families Who Adopt Children
The Utah State Legislature should enact a tax credit for adoption expenses during the 2010 legislative session. By promoting and facilitating adoption, the state is promoting family unity, promoting pro-life policies, helping the state take care of its children who need stable families, and will be consistent with tax incentives for adoption found in other states.
